Our policy on refunds follows all Australian legal requirements set out here by the ACCC.
Mammoth Media Pty Ltd warrant that the service shall be provided with due skill and care. If your cloud server can not be provisioned or does not meet the advertised description of the service, you are entitled to a full refund.
This service is billed by the hour. You may request cancellation at any time; Mammoth will cease providing the service within 15 minutes and invoice you for the amount of hours used.
You are not entitled to a refund if you change your mind or choose to not utilise the service.
